OVERVIEW

Welcome to Booth23. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Booth23. Booth23 operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services provided through the website (collectively, the "Services"). Booth23 is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Booth23 primarily offers collectible coins and related merchandise.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, measurements, specifications, and other information for our products.

Because coins are collectible items, individual pieces may have characteristics that vary from one coin to another, including differences in toning, coloration, luster, strike, wear, surface appearance, and other characteristics.

Where an individual coin is pictured in a listing, the photographs are intended to represent the actual coin being offered for sale unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

Colors and appearance may vary somewhat depending on your display, device, lighting, and other technical factors.

Product descriptions, photographs, availability, prices, and other information may be updated or corrected from time to time.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or restrict sales to particular persons, geographic areas, or jurisdictions where reasonably necessary.

SECTION 3 — COIN CONDITION AND GRADING

Collectible coin condition and grading involve professional and subjective judgments.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, any grade, condition designation, or description provided by Booth23 represents our assessment of the coin and is not a guarantee that a third-party grading service will assign the same grade.

Descriptions may include terms relating to condition, such as circulated, uncirculated, Very Good, Fine, Extremely Fine, About Uncirculated, or other condition descriptions.

Coins may naturally exhibit characteristics including:

  • Wear
  • Toning
  • Discoloration
  • Surface marks
  • Scratches
  • Bag marks
  • Strike characteristics
  • Luster variations
  • Minor imperfections
  • Other characteristics associated with age, circulation, storage, or manufacture

Where we are aware of characteristics that materially affect the item's representation, we will make reasonable efforts to disclose them through the listing, photographs, or description.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all photographs and product information before purchasing.

SECTION 4 — AUTHENTICITY

Booth23 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that coins offered for sale are authentic and accurately represented.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS

When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

An order confirmation means that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order, or to cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

  • Inventory errors
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Incorrect product information
  • Payment problems
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Shipping restrictions
  • Product availability
  • Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Please carefully review your order before submitting it. Cancellation requests may not be possible after an order has been processed or shipped.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship orders to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Coin sales are generally final sale.

Due to the collectible nature of coins and the individual characteristics of collectible items, Booth23 does not generally accept returns or exchanges because of buyer's remorse, changes of mind, or a decision that the purchaser no longer wants the item.

Customers should carefully review product photographs, descriptions, condition information, specifications, and other information before purchasing.

However, this policy does not prevent Booth23 from addressing legitimate issues involving an item that:

  • Arrived damaged;
  • Was incorrectly shipped;
  • Is materially different from its listing; or
  • Raises a legitimate authenticity concern.

Any refund, replacement, or other resolution will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

The Services, including trademarks, brand names, text, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, videos, audio, reviews, website design, and the selection and arrangement of such materials, are owned by Booth23, its affiliates, or applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

The Booth23 name, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Booth23 or their respective owners where applicable.

Shopify's name, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property belong to Shopify.

All other trademarks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools, features, or services provided by third parties.

Such tools may be provided without warranties or guarantees by Booth23, and Booth23 does not necessarily monitor or control third-party tools.

Booth23 does not control or necessarily endorse third-party websites, services, products, or content.

Transactions conducted through third-party websites are governed by the applicable third party's terms and policies.

SECTION 12 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Booth23 is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Booth23.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Booth23 or for the terms of transactions between you and Booth23, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided by Shopify.

Termination does not eliminate obligations relating to purchases already made or amounts otherwise owed.
